About Us

Accredited EMDR therapists helping you heal from trauma.

About Online EMDR Therapy

At EMDR Intensive Clinic, we believe that authentic therapy is never one-size-fits-all. Every person carries a unique history, and healing looks different for every individual we meet.

Our approach is integrative and evidence-based. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) sits at the heart of our practice, supported by the best of holistic psychological approaches.

We focus on genuinely attuning to your distinctive journey — working collaboratively to create a therapeutic space that feels both safe and expansive, where the whole person is honoured, not just the symptoms.

It is an approved Focused Psychological Strategy under Medicare, and recognised by the Australian Psychological Society as having the highest level of research for the treatment of PTSD.
